I Am Speaking at TEDx.

Yes, this is true. 

On March 15, I will share the stage at Furman University with nine fellow thinkers, creators, doers, and innovators as we each share ideas and stories on the future of education. TEDxFurmanU: Redesigning Education exists to “envision a future where creativity and innovation are more than just words on a page,” but instead integrative and active processes, mindsets, and practices that transform the way that we as youth, adults, students, autodidacts, and human beings learn within institutions and within the world. 

In my talk, I will share stories of my childhood learning experiences and the journeys, challenges, and creations that have led to the growing movements of Catalysts by Design, D*Serve, and United Story. More than this, my Talk will create a call to action to our nation, to our schools, to our leaders, and to our communities—that we will begin to be nurture our youth as empathic learners, as collaborative doers, and as fearless changemakers within the world. 

I really look forward to this opportunity to share my story, and I hope that it can help another little kid see their potential as a creative catalyst.
